When we are trapped in a cycle of sexual behaviours that we don’t want, we can feel alone, ashamed and powerless to break free. Behaviours that started as a bit of fun or to bring relief, keep drawing us back and have an increasingly negative impact on the rest of our lives. The shame surrounding sexual struggles can paralyse us and keep us from seeking help and healing.
Freedom, healing and restored relationships are possible.
The Pathways to Freedom course is for men who want to break free from unwanted sexual behaviours and experience a healthy life and good connection. It is for any adult man whether single or married.
It is an 8 week course, led by Counsellor Stuart Conkie. There will be other men there (Alongsiders) who have walked this journey to freedom who are willing to share their stories and encourage you in your story.
For you to attend, you will need to disclose your behaviours to a partner, we have helpful guidance about how to do this in the links below.
